7. DATASET OVERVIEW

7.1 Abstract

Long term atmospheric CO2 concentration measurement on the top of Mt. Fuji (3776M) has started by an automatic CO2 measurement system developed by NIES (National Institute for Environmental Studies) since August 2009. We have started the year-round measurement for the first time since the Mt. Fuji observatory was closed to be an unmanned station in 2004. We continue the measurement and analysis of CO2 concentration on top of Mt. Fuji and keep improving the long term measurement system.(Nomura et al., 2017)
